Shipping Info


  • Baskets are shipped via UPS regular ground service (1-7 business days within the continental US).  UPS does not provide regular ground service on Saturday or Sunday and certain holidays.

  • Orders are shipped from our Vermont location. Please refer to the UPS time in transit chart below to calculate the delivery time of your order:

  • Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska require an additional $30.  During processing this amount will  be added to your total.  However, it will not be reflected on your confirmation but will be charged to your credit card account.  Please call toll free 1.800.773.4020 for more information.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping unless you choose to ship via UPS which can be extremely expensive.  UPS service does provide tracking capability once the package is outside the U.S.  Alternatively and less expensive, we offer international shipping via the U.S. Postal Service.  This method does not provide tracking service.  Either method will require an additional charge.  Please contact us for rates at 1-800-773-4020.

  • Unfortunately we do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes.  However, if one is provided in the order, a $10 surcharge will be added to your order.  That amount will not be reflected on your confirmation but will be billed to your charge card.  Call 1.800.773.4020 for more information.

  • Correct ship-to address information is the purchaser's responsibility and Gift Basket Solutions is not responsible for product delivered and not recovered from incorrect addresses.  An address correction fee of $7 will be charged to offset the UPS address correction fee charged to Gift Basket Solutions.

  • To expedite shipping service to Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Three Day Select, call 1.800.773.4020 for rates.   We will be happy to calculate the additional cost for you. 

  • Next Day Air orders must be received before 11 AM EST for next day delivery and we ask that you also call toll free 1-800-773-4020 to notify us of the expedited shipping.   The recipient's phone number must be provided in order to guarantee next day delivery service.

  • Seasonal Shipping:   During the Christmas season, gifts are shipped as quickly as possible in the order received.  Orders received AFTER December 13th may not arrive before Christmas.  Please check the UPS time in transit chart above.
